Kactas Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp Kactas
Instructions:
- Whisk both ingredients together
- Add ice as desired
- Enjoy!
Kactas Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp Kactas
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 15 drops of Stevia
- 1 cup peanut butter
- Chocolate chips (Semi-sweet or regular)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Whisk the egg in a bowl
- Add coconut sugar, Kactas, vanilla, Stevia and whisk
- Mix in the peanut butter until all the ingredients form a dough-like consistency
- Shape dough into 2-inch balls and flatten with fork on a baking sheet
- Add chocolate chips (as many as you want)
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
- Enjoy!


Kactas Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp Kactas
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp agave honey
- chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven at 350 F
- Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately
- Mix the 2 together
- Pour batter into a prepared loaf pan
- Decorate
- Bake for 35-40 minutes
- Enjoy!
Kactas Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour (your preferred choice)
- ½ tsp of baking powder
- 2 tbsp Kactas
- ⅓ cup of milk
- 1 tsp powdered sweetener
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 eggs
- Your favorite toppings!
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Mix all ingredients
- Fill muffin baking tray about ¾ of the way up
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Let them cool for 5 minutes
- Enjoy!


Kactas Ice Cream Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of greek yogurt
- ¾ cup of almond milk
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp of kactas
- 10 drops of stevia
- Chocolate
- Pecan Nuts
Instructions:
- Mix the first five ingredients
- Pour mixture into mold
- Freeze for 5 hours
- Decorate with melted chocolate and pecan nuts
- Enjoy!
Kactas Keto Brownies
Ingredients:
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coca powder
- ¾ cup erythritol
- ½ cup butter
- 2 oz dark chocolate
- 3 eggs at room temperature
- 2 tbsp Kactas
Instructions:
- Preheat oven at 350 F
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper or grease with butter
- In a bowl, whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, erythritol and Kactas
- Melt the butter and chocolate (using microwave or whatever the preferred choice is)
- Whisk in the eggs and vanilla, the gently whisk in the dry ingredients
- Transfer batter into baking dish and bake for 18-20 minutes
- Cool for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours in the fridge
- Enjoy!


Kactvocado Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 cup olive oil
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp Kactas
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients together
- Add salt, as decoration
- Enjoy!
